As I purchased XTi, I was searching around for a comprehensive list of lenses and reviews.? So far EFLens.COM?is the only site that seems to provide it.? I purchased the 28-135mm “short zoom” for starters.? It should work well against the kit lens that comes with the XTi until I decide to purchase something more interesting.

… with the 28-135 IS lens.? I’m not sure that’s going to be the best lens for me, but it’s a good starter compared to the Sigma lens I was using on my Digital Rebel.? I’ve seen photos shot with that lens, but my biggest concern is the speed.? I wonder if I’ll be switching the IS on and off a lot.? We’ll see what happens.
